4-H Fair Pre-Entry Deadline: Friday, June 28, 2013
Pre-Entry is required for all 4-H exhibitors. Pre-entry forms can be found in the back of the 4-H Fair Book. Payment for discounted entry passes (see below) and stock fees must also be submitted with the pre-entry form.

Fair Admission for 4-H Exhibitors
Season passes (wristbands) will be issued at no cost to all 4-H exhibitors this year, and will be good throughout the Fair. However, these exhibitor passes do not include carnival rides. See pricing for carnival rides below.
Pre-Paid Ticketing for 4-H Families
The following family passes must be purchased when 4-H members submit exhibit
pre-entry forms and will not be available for purchase at the Fair. Checks should be payable to “Arapahoe County Fair” and attached to the pre-entry form. Pre-paid passes may be picked up
beginning Sunday, July 21 in the Fairgrounds 4-H office.
$15/person: 4-H Parent/Guardian Season Pass & 1 Free Parking Pass
(valid Wednesday, July 24 thru Sunday, July 28)
4-H parents, grandparents and family members are offered discounted season passes that offer general
admission for one throughout
the Fair plus 1 free parking pass (carnival rides not included). (Maximum of 2 parking passes with purchase of 2 Entrance passes.)
$5/Day 4-H Family Advanced Daily General Admission
(valid Friday, July 26 thru Sunday, July 28)
Daily passes
are available to 4-H family members for general admission (no carnival rides or midway games). These must be purchased when the 4-H youth submits their exhibit pre-entry forms. General Admission passes may also be purchased at this same rate at the gate each day.
$5 4-H Advanced Daily Parking Pass
(Wednesday, July 24 thru Sunday, July 28)
Parking passes
are available in advance to 4-H family members. These must be purchased when the 4-H youth submits their exhibit pre-entry forms. Parking passes may also be purchased at this same rate at the Fair entry each day.
General Admission at the Fair Gates
If you do not purchase Family Passes in advance, the following public admission prices apply at the Fair gates.

- FREE: Wed., July 24 and Thurs., July 25
- $5/day ages 6 and up: Friday thru Sunday, July 26-28
Carnival Upgrades
4-H Member and Family passes do not include carnival rides. Carnival rides may be purchased on a daily basis at
an additional cost at the Fair, and are not available for pre-purchase.

- A La Carte Tokens Available to Pay Per Ride
Volunteer for the County Fair
The Fair is in need of individuals and groups of volunteers to help the event go without a hitch. If you are interested in helping, or if you would like more details, please call Shaylen or Kacy at 303-730-1920.
Help with the Fashion Revue
Volunteers are needed to serve on the Fashion Revue Committee to work on the July 24 event theme, decorations, prizes, scripts, emcees and more. To take on a leadership role and meet other 4-H youth and leaders as a committee member, please call Shaylen at 303-730-1920.
