Poultry Changes for Fair Exhibitors

4-H members in the Poultry Project will be allowed to bring only 10 breeding birds to 2015 Fair. This includes chickens, ducks, turkeys, etc. If you bring a pen, each bird in that pen is counted as one. Also, for market poultry, make sure all three birds are either in the broiler category (2.5 to under 5 lbs.) or roaster category (5 lbs. or more). If your birds are split, they will not be judged and are not eligible for sale. If you wish, you can bring multiple birds to weigh-in and pick your best three.
