Foundation Funding Request

This application is designed for members and leaders to request small amounts of money to attend events such as camps, junior leadership conferences, CWF, beef fitting, shooting sports, leader development, or any other event or activity that would benefit youth or leaders in the 4-H program. DO NOT USE THIS FORM FOR POST-SECONDARY SCHOLARSHIPS.

 

Post-Secondary/College Scholarship

The Foundation distributes scholarships for 4-H members who are attending college or other post-secondary education. Applications are due April 1, 2008.
