The garden is located next to the City and County building at 1 DesCombes Dr.
The Broomfield Xeriscape Demonstration Garden is a collaboration between the City and County of Broomfield, Denver Botanic Gardens and the Colorado State University Extension in Broomfield. The garden is also a Plant Select Demonstration Garden.
(Pyracantha coccinea ‘Lowboy’)
As one of their inaugural projects the first class of Master Gardeners trained in Broomfield County designed and helped plant the garden. The garden demonstrates the principles of xeriscape and showcases the wide variety of water-wise plants available. Our thanks to the many community volunteers and Broomfield Master Gardeners who helped plant the Broomfield Xeriscape Garden.
