Food Safety Training - June 26

Jefferson County Extension is hosting a Food Safety course called ServSafe on Wednesday, June 26 from 8 am-6 pm. Food safety training is required for all Cottage Food producers. Registration deadline is Friday, June 21. The class will be held at the CSU Extension office on the fairgrounds. For fees and other information, contact Mary Snow msnow@jeffco.us - 303-271-6620.

Plan ahead to preserve your crops!
