NEW in 2014 - Food Safety for Cottage Foods Producers!
Three-hour training that provides a 3 year certification and meets the food safety training requirement for the Colorado Cottage Foods Act. Jefferson, Boulder and Arapahoe counties are offering this class. For dates and information check out this flyer.

Food Safety Training
